It's time to enroll in benefits!
Open Enrollment is November 3 – November 13
Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and choose your benefits for the upcoming year beginning on January 1, 2027.
During this period, you can enroll in or make changes to your health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and other benefit options. It’s the perfect time to make sure your coverage fits your needs and those of your family.
You will not be able to make changes to your benefits again unless you experience a qualifying life event. Qualifying Life Events include marriage, birth, adoption, etc.
Active Open Enrollment
This will be an Active Open Enrollment, which means you must log into Workday and submit your 2027 benefits enrollment. If you do not submit your 2027 enrollment by November 13th, you will lose your coverage on January 1, 2027.

2027 Open Enrollment Webinars
Whether you’re new to our benefits or a longtime participant, these meetings will help you understand your options before you enroll.

This plan offers a modern, digital-first vision experience with access to annual eye exams, online prescription renewal, savings on glasses and contacts, and convenient features such as virtual try-on, home try-on, and personalized frame recommendations.
Cardiometabolic Telahealth
The current Teladoc program for diabetes and high blood pressure is expanding to include support for pre diabetes, weight management, and mental health related to these conditions. Get personalized coaching from a dedicated care team, connected devices that automatically track your readings, and mental health support, all in one app and at no cost share to you.
Voluntary Benefits Vendor Change
Starting this plan year, we have a new vendor for AD&D, Critical Illness, with a NEW Hospital Indemnity benefit. We are transitioning from Voya to Unum. The coverage and plan details you know are staying the same, so the only difference is who administers your benefits.
